Sold Out. Metal is doing just fine up here in The Mile High. Suicidal Tendencies, Crowbar and hometown heroes Havok all came to Denver to destroy and that's just what happened.
With The Summit Music Hall filled to the brim with friends and metal heads alike, it was truly a great representation of the live music scene.
A Homecoming of sorts for Thrash metal group Havok as they were also releasing there latest album Conformicide, and we couldn't have been happier. Playing 4 new tracks from their latest offering their set was on fire.
Next Crowbar came out and they were heavy, sludgey and groovey. Whenever I see Crowbar I am am left with one word. Strong. What a great set.
By the Time Suicidal Tendencies hit the stage the crowd was fully energized and ready. Wasting no time the entire group was out and setting the stage on fire. With the energy unmatched it was truly contageous to see such all members running, kicking and have a great time on stage.
This show was one for the books. A huge thank you to he bands and fans alike as this is why Heavy Metal will never go away. \m/
